Usage fees are normal for services that use external communication, AI and processing services. They are billed to BeanGrower AI by HighLevel, but you will never see inflated markups applied.
Usage fees are normal for services that use external communication, AI and processing services. These are billed to BeanGrower AI by HighLevel, but you will never see inflated markups applied.
BeanGrower AI adds a simple, transparent 5% addition on HighLevel costs to cover payment processing charges (typically around 3%) and administration, never to make a profit.
For optional add-ons, there may be a small markup based on extra support, setup assistance and account resources. This will always be transparently disclosed. Many typical agencies have markups of 100% and sometimes even more. That is not the BeanGrower AI way.
Pay only for what you use
Your subscription includes access to the features and tools in your plan.
There is no additional usage charge simply for having those features available in your account. For many small businesses, usage fees are very modest, if any. Higher amounts are incurred by businesses doing more substantial email volumes, calls, AI usage and other metered activity.
